Our experienced team provides personalized, neuro-focused care for individuals experiencing communication, cognitive, voice and swallowing challenges related to conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, stroke, autism and brain injury. Our Team of Expert SLPs

Tracey opened Neuro Speech Solutions to fill a need in the community for neurologically impaired adults to obtain better access to speech therapy. With more than three decades of experience, Tracey Pearl has dedicated much of her career to serving adults with neurological conditions. She provides treatment for motor speech disorders, aphasia, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders across diverse care settings. Tracey is Ampcare certified and trained in the SPEAK OUT!® Therapy Program for Parkinson’s. She enjoys mentoring graduate students and actively participates in community education through speaking engagements and outreach programs. She is dedicated to providing the best possible care to all her clients.

Elizabeth Hall has been a speech-language pathologist since 1996, with nearly 30 years of experience working primarily with adults following stroke, traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson’s disease. She specializes in cognitive-communication disorders, dysphagia, and voice disorders. Elizabeth is a Passy Muir Speaking Valve Consultant and is certified in Ampcare and VitalStim. She is also trained in the SPEAK OUT!® Therapy Program and Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for Parkinson’s. Elizabeth joined Neuro Speech Solutions in 2024.

Cris Gomes works primarily with adults with neurological conditions, treating motor speech disorders, aphasia, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders. Before becoming a speech-language pathologist, she spent a decade leading outreach work in Brazil, an experience that deepened her heart for service. After a life-threatening event of her own, Cris brings a unique compassion and perspective to her work with stroke survivors. She is Ampcare certified and trained in the the SPEAK OUT!® Therapy Program for Parkinson’s, and is committed to helping patients rediscover hope and confidence.
